Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@theclarivie.store with your order number and the product you wish to return.

  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and the address for returning your product. Returns without an RAN will not be processed.

  3. Ship Back: Please securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging and ship them back to us. You are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product is defective or damaged.

  4. Processing Time: Once your return is received, we will process it within 5-7 business days. You will be notified once your return has been processed.

2. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout once your return is processed. The amount refunded will be for the product price minus any applicable shipping fees.

  • Shipping Fees: We do not refund original shipping fees unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).

  • Processing Time: Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a pre-paid return label for you to send the item back at no additional cost. Once we receive the returned item, we will send you a replacement or issue a full refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Opened or Used Skincare and Cosmetics: Once a product has been opened or used, we cannot accept returns.

  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are not eligible for returns or refunds.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the unwanted product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

6. International Orders

For international orders, please note that customs duties and taxes may apply. You will be responsible for return shipping fees and any additional import fees.
