We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within Your Country. This offer cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.

Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be updated in the carrier’s system.

6. Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We can ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses for Your Country orders. However, please be aware that shipping times may be longer due to the nature of these locations.

7. Delivery Issues and Damaged Items

  • Missing or Lost Packages: If your package is lost or missing, please contact us at support@theclarivie.store as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and find a solution.

  • Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a return or exchange of the damaged item, and we may require photos of the damaged product and packaging.
